CANCELLATIONS We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel appointments. • First Time: True Emergency....FREEBIE • 50% cancellation fee for any appointment not canceled with the 48hr window. • Any service that is a no call/no show will require a 100% rebooking fee of price of service missed. Please respect our time as professionals. ADJUSTMENTS & RETURNS: We guarantee our color and cuts for 7 days after your service has been completed. If you weren’t satisfied with your service, please let us know as soon as possible. This allows us to schedule an adjustment appointment as quickly as we can. If you don’t notify us within 7 days, a redo appointment will be a full paying service. Because of the artistic work that we do, we do not offer refunds of services performed.
